Using fresh, local ingredients, our dishes are full of flavour and designed to bring comfort as the weather cools. Junior Sous Chef Liam has shared his top three standout dishes to give you a taste of what’s on offer.

Arancini Balls
A gorgeous starter or light bite, this dish features three golden, crisp arancini balls laid on a rich tomato sauce. Bite into the delicate crust, and you’ll find warm, cheesy rice that’s richly flavoured, offering a true taste of Sicilian cuisine. Topped with peppery rocket and parmesan shavings, this dish is perfectly balanced and ideal for the cooler months.
Moroccan Pulled Lamb
The Moroccan Pulled Lamb is a generous helping of tender, gently spiced lamb served on a bed of soft pitta and crisp lettuce. The harissa mayonnaise adds a creamy, smoky dressing that ties the dish together, while pomegranate seeds are scattered on top, bejewelling the plate and adding pops of fruity sharpness to balance the richness. It’s a warming and flavourful option that’s perfect for autumn.


Cherry Bakewell
For dessert, the Cherry Bakewell is a deliciously rich and indulgent treat. The buttery almond centre sits on a light pastry base, while soaked cherries add a deep, fruity richness.
