Research shows that a strong sense of belonging is positively associated with wellbeing. Whilst each individual has their own fitness journey and goals, they can be empowered by sharing their experiences.
Our Fitness Team believe that by creating a strong community we can support the physical and mental health of our members. With this in mind, they are are excited to launch our new Club page on Strava to bring members together. The Pulse 8 Club on Strava will allow you to connect with other members, take part in discussions and group challenges and be motivated by others around you both virtually and in the gym.
