CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Aerobic - High energy

Body Pump Heavy

 A tempo-based weightlifting that switches on your metabolic engine to build lean muscle like nothing else. Drawing on traditional lifting techniques, each class challenges strength, builds lean muscle, and drives measurable performance gains. It’s simple to do and the slow tempo with lots of recovery periods allows for expert coaching, so you master form and technique. Driven by iconic music and group energy, it turns traditional weightlifting into a fun, social, and addictive experience.

Boxfit

In this dynamic class, you’ll learn sharp boxing combos and move to the rhythm of the music for a workout that’s upbeat, empowering, and seriously fun.

Total Body Conditioning

This class is a mix of aerobics and conditioning. With light hand weights and resistance bands, it trims and tightens head to toe. Work at your own level in this high energy class for activity addicts and beginners alike.

Les Mills Dance

Les Mills Dance is a high-energy workout, blending dynamic dance moves with fitness, for fun and easy-to-master sessions that boost skills and energy, accompanied by the latest music.

Les Mills Tone

Les Mills Tone is a full-body workout that blends strength, cardio, and core training for a dynamic, results-driven session. With a modern approach to 3-in-1 training, this energising class helps you burn calories, build strength, and elevate your fitness levels.

BodyStep

You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!

HybridX

HybridX is a high energy class that will burn body fat and increase lean muscle using a number of different exercise combinations and equipment.

Young at Heart

Young at Heart is the perfect low impact aerobic workout to boost fitness, muscle tone, and flexibility. It’s ideal for improving functional movements, stiffness, and mobility.

Zumba

Zumba is a joyful celebration and rhythm and a beat that demands movement. Once you’ve joined this dance party, you won’t want to stop. It’s a calorie burning fiesta that delivers fast results for the body and the soul.

Body Combat

Body Combat is great if you’re a beginner that wants to punch and kick your way to fitness whilst burning calories. Using moves from karate, taekwondo, boxing, muay thai, capoeira, and kung fu, you’ll have a blast and feel like a champ!

BLT

Bums, Legs, and Tums helps you shape and tone what matters to you. The class uses hand weights, exercise bands, as well as floor work for a motivating workout.

ROX

Designed for intermediate to advanced gym-goers, our HYROX-based class is here to push your limits. This structured, race-specific training combines running intervals with functional strength movements like sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, rowing, and wall balls. It’s all designed to help you build stamina, power, and pacing strategies for race day. Whether you’re training for your next HYROX event or just want to break through a fitness plateau, this high-intensity class offers top-level conditioning in a fun, competitive, and team-driven environment.

Strength + Conditioning

Core Conditioning

Core Conditioning is designed to build the core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles.

TRX Blast

TRX uses gravity with your own body weight to build strength and power. Every exercise engages with your core for joint stability and daily functionality helping to prevent injury and increase bone density. TRX Blast is a cardio workout for weight loss and to build muscle endurance.

Body Pump

Body Pump gives you a full body workout by using bench weights mixed with movement. With fast-paced music, it’ll wake you up and leave you lean, toned, and fit!

Circuits

Circuits get your heart pumping and provide a full-body workout. With various stations, you can challenge yourself at your own pace in a timed circuit format. It's an excellent choice for achieving a wide range of fitness goals including weight loss, strength and cardio, and a great starting point for anyone new to fitness classes.

Kettlebell Blast

Kettlebell Blast will give you a full body workout that improves muscular strength and stability.

Mind + Body

Yoga

Combines dynamic moves and challenging postures, with movement and breathing flow. Improves strength, flexibility, and balance.

Mindful Yoga

Mindful Yoga focuses on developing your mind and body to connect movements and breath with gentle flowing movements.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for up to five minutes, allowing the body to relax deeply without engaging the muscles. This style targets ligaments, tendons, joints, and fascia, often beginning with a calming meditation. It’s an incredibly nourishing and restorative experience for both body and mind.

Yang Yoga

Yang Yoga uses active, powerful poses to emphasise strength and endurance. Careful attention is placed on your breath to generate energy and heat in the body throughout the practice. This class builds strength and flexibility as well as improving energy levels.

Stretch Pilates

Stretch Pilates is a low impact class designed to reset, realign, and relax the body by following the Principles of Pilates. The class features the perfect combination of classical Pilates exercises, mobility, stretching, and relaxation which helps to strengthen the core, improve stability at the joints, and build your mind-body connection. We cater for all abilities by providing adaptations and progressions during the class in a warm and welcoming environment.

Pilates Flow

Dive deep into classical mat work repertoire and core activation in our Pilates Flow class. Using the fundamental principles of Pilates and a therapeutic focus, you'll learn how to master key movements, connect to your deep core, expand your breathing and leave feeling restored and reset.

Sculpt Pilates

Sculpt Pilates is a low-impact, strength-focused class designed to tone, challenge, and energise the body. This dynamic session combines classical Pilates exercises with controlled resistance, muscular endurance work, and full-body conditioning to build strength, improve stability, and enhance overall body control. Expect an energising Pilates class driven by euphoric music to leave you feeling stronger, more sculpted, and invigorated. Suitable options are provided to progress or adapt exercises.

Body Balance

Body Balance is a yoga-based class that embraces elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a large part of all the exercises with the movements strengthening your entire body. You’ll leave with a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Tai Chi

Our Tai Chi class helps you learn how to harness soft strength. In this class, weight shifts repeatedly from one leg to the other and arms move in opposite, complementary directions. You will feel energy through gentle, yet powerful dance-like movements. Tai Chi has been practiced for centuries to promote wellbeing and improve mobility, strength, and balance.

Stretch and Flex

Stretch and Flex focuses on dedicating the time to care for your body through completing stretch and mobility exercises to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion.

Cycling classes

Studio Cycling

Calorie crushing, high-tempo group cycling is guaranteed to make you sweat with a highly effective cardio workout to an awesome beat. If you’re new, don’t worry, work to your own pace with coach-led motivation.

Sprint

Sprint is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training using indoor bikes. The short duration will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest preparing you for the next effort. The payoff is you burn calories for hours afterwards!

RPM

RPM is a 45-minute group cycling workout where you’re in control of the intensity. It's fun, low impact, and you can burn up to 675 calories per session. Similar to our taught Studio Cycling classes, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding all to a great soundtrack!

Starter RPM

Starter RPM follows the same format as RPM but over a more manageable 30-minute duration. This fun, low impact class is a great introduction to group cycling!

The Trip

THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally created worlds. With its cinema- scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

Aqua

Aqua

The perfect, protective, and supportive environment for a safe workout. Our warm spa water helps improve flexibility and protects joints as you work with a selection of hand weights. Everyone can do this!
